Started in 1950, Saleh M. & his Son Mohamed established a small wood Flooring Company in Downtown Alexandria , they believed that wood flooring is an art more than a job to do.

• 1953 Mohamed Graduated in the school of fine Arts to deeply specialize in the wood flooring business, to add more value and legacy to the products.
• 1979 the construction revolution has its impact on the market which led to the rapid growth of the company.
• 1988 the third generation is involved in expanding the scale of the company to cover the Northern part of the Country.
• 1995 the spark of the innovation started to develop this family business to a leading corporation under the name of Nofa Egypt (Natural Origin of Fine Arts).
• With the Headquarters still located in Alexandria Nofa Egypt , expanded its branches to Cairo & the industrial tax-free Zone in Borg El-Arab.
• From getting lumber through local suppliers . Nofa Wood Floors went through another success with a major strategic development by adding (Nofa Wood Working Co.) to the Corporation dealing in lumber trading and kiln drying to become a fully integrated operation.
• 1995 the rapid growth in production of Hard Wood floors requires a new Ideas, believing in continuous development of ideas & machinery the new laser cutting technology was introduced to our facilities, opening a recognizable Horizon for our products.
• The new generation of Hard Wood Flooring Products is again another example to prove the success of Nofa Policy to regenerate the exclusive taste of Hand-Made European floors to introduce that of Floorings style to the market under our name of Nofa Floor.
• Through the continuous development & innovation Nofa Corp. has many awards in restoring palaces, Castles, ancient buildings & museums for more than six years till now. Also numerous awards for best design & Floor style.
• For almost half a century the company is still owned by the Saleh’s Family.
